Client Portal

We know there is a huge amount of information covered during our first meeting and sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming. The intention of the Portal is to improve transparency, communication, and the delivery of information.

How Does It Work?

  1. We create user accounts for the people you nominate.
  2. Users then receive a welcome email. This includes a link to the Portal and their username and a temporary password.
  3. You will need to create a new password the first time you log in.
  4. Once logged in you can access information regarding the arrangements such as:
    • Contacts
    • Newspaper Notices
    • Estimate of Costs
    • Personal Details
    • Service Sheet draft
    • Slideshow draft
    • Music playlist
    • Dropbox File Sharing
