This partnership provides access to professional counselling services tailored to your unique needs, available in-person, online, or over the phone.

The Grief Centre’s compassionate counsellors are experienced in assisting individuals and families through various forms of loss, offering a safe space to express your feelings and find ways to cope.

In addition to counselling, the Grief Centre provides free downloadable resources and facilitates support groups, both face-to-face and online, where you can connect with others who understand your experience.
